Jane Wood
Jane is a Specialist Massage Therapist. She qualified with ITEC in Body Massage in 1999 and is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.
Before starting her own private practice she offered on-site Acupressure Massage to North Yorkshire Police Staff where she worked for 16 years.
With a special interest in sports injuries and a family of runners, rugby players and equestrians, Jane continued with qualifications in Sports Massage before starting her own business.
Alongside her private work, Jane has worked for several professional British Continental Cycling teams including the Welsh National Development Team, travelling with them to races and training camps all over Britain and Europe and working on World Tour races including the Tour de Yorkshire, Tour of Britain and Ride London.
Although working on many elite sports people recently, Jane enjoys treating all age groups and injuries not necessarily associated with a sport.
